So i plant my seeds in soil. Well dug around carefully to see if the poped and sure enough there making there way up. Would it be ok just to pull the soil away from where there trying to come up from or just leave it to push up?

Been there, done that. The cotyledons (first pair of leaves) are extremely delicate. I've broken one so easily. Don't fuck with it, it'll be fine. If you think you planted too deep, remove a little soil if you want but leave the seed be.

Oh, and when the hull of the seed is hanging off one of the cotyledons...leave that alone too lol

Yeah i know all that. Pretty sure i didnt plant to deep. However cups were in rain for a few hours outside to it compacted the soil but seeds are in soil a lil under 1/2" so i know they will push through once it dries

Im just nervous!!

I planted them in the cups when we had 75 degree weather, then 2 days later that got massive rain in them because i couldnt bring them cups in. However i did have drain holes. But im just nervous that they were poped but the rain might have killed them. Got down to like 55 degrees <.>

You'll be fine, usually takes close to a week to see them sprout when you plant straight to soil.

When I start up seedlings I put the dirt in the starter cups, water it, then stick a pencil in it to make the hole and drop the seed in it. If you plant the seed then water it, it can either push it down too far or push it to the top. Also, if you are growing indoors never stick your plants/seedlings outside and then bring them back inside, you will increase your chances of getting spider mites doing this.
