theyre starting to smell, showing signs of beginning flowering stage. i checked the weather and it is 12/12 so that might be why theyre switching to flowering.

1) how long do you think i have left?

2)how/when should i feed them

3)should i trim leaves for light to reach lower branches?

First off, if the light where you are at is 12/12, then they ARE flowering. Second, where are you hemispherically? are you going into spring or fall? Either way, you are going to need artificial light to keep them in flowering mode.

im in central florida, and spring is starting. its warming up and getting sunny
OK, I live in the north east so cool. If you keep them outside, the photo period is going to go past the 12/12 mark. Shit, I grow inside so i really don't pay attention but it maybe over the 12/12 already! But yeah, your females will go back into veggie mode if you don't get them inside and keep them at a consistent 12 on, 12 off. :peace:

the other persons right, days will increase outside and they'll revert back to veg mode, which could stress the plant and reduce eventual yeild

feed them with a high potassium, lower phosphorous and nitrogen feed, most people use weed-specific brands but i find them a bit costly and no better than normal brands, a person i knew that cropped off 2 grand a week sweared by miracle grow.

unless you want to keep your grow more or less uniform ; dont bother, think about it, a plant spent loads of time growing that leaf your about to cut of so it can grow more leaves, it works for house plants but their not being intensively grown , most weed plants are already pushed to their maximum growing limit. alot of pruning stresses the plant pointlessly and is more inhibited to grow more leaves, although this does vary with strain and enviroment and of course personal opinion, i just tend to look more into botany and plant biology than stoner myths

its spring, everything else is starting to grow and floridas gettin green, if i just keep them watered and in the sun wouldnt they revert to veg, grow more then eventually be ready to harvest as a significantly bigger plant?
