Ventilation ?

I am about to start a grow in a spare bedroom. the dimensions are 8ft x 10ft with about 8ft high ceilings. im only growing 4-5 plants, so the plants will have PLENTY of space. my question was is ventilation really a big concern? will having an ionizer and an additional oscilating fan be enough to circulate the air? or do i need to have an intake fan bringing in fresh air from outside? Any help is greatly appreciated

If you are in a spare bedroom that big for 4 or 5 plants, you will be fine. Just keep the temp between 72 and 82. It is ideal to exhaust the room anyway. I find that you can't lose if you bring in fresh air and exhaust the old. Good luck.
