Ventilation under the stairs first grow

Hey everyone, I got a question, i'm a first time grower and my space is an under the stairs closet type space with dimensions of aprox. 2mx1.5mx1 1/4m . It's kind of an L shaped space. I have a window in the adjacent basement room that extracts air from the top of the whole room quite well, can this be useful in setting up a ventilation system for my DWC op? Also what kind of fans would suite this?

I too am just beginning a DWC grow in the L shaped space under my stairs. I am having a terrible time tackling the heat inside this space. I'm running a dual light setup - super spectrum fixture (600 HPS & 400 MH) and have what I thought was a pretty good squirrel cage fan. The temps are in the mid 90's with the lights on and low 70's with them off. Thank God my beans are just starting to sprout, so I have a little bit of time to straighten this out.

I've tried several different exhaust setups, but nothing is helping. I just found a portable ac unit on craigslist that I just may go grab today, but I am trying to keep my expenses down as this grow is starting to burn a hole in my pockets.

Ok so I am renting a house from my roomamte's parents, so when I'm ordering seeds off the internet for mailing do I put the name that the house is registered and owned by, cause I don't think that would fly with them. Can i put my own name on it?

Second question, when I asked the lady for the pucks that oxygenate water reservoirs, she handed me a bag of Grodan cubes, which I think are for early stages of sprouting correct? What is the real name for those pucks?

Also where can I acquire C3 Anti-Detection foil or the second best? Also I need airpumps but how strong would be good for a 5L basin? also how much do reservoir temperature moderator run for and just double checking but optimal pH level is 6.3 or so. Thanks for the help.
