veging with nutes.

am i ment to give my plants nutes everytime i water (about every 5 to 7 days depending on temps) or am i ment to water with nutes then with water then with nutes ect.?

you're supposed to feed every other watering,

if they are seedling wait 2 weeks before feeding, and then half recommend strength for about a week and then you can bump it up to normal.

what is the ?
dont give seedlings nutes till a month old
and if u water every 5 days like other guy said skip nutes every other watering

It depends on what you're growing in.

No nutes for a month? So people who grow in pre fertilized potting soil from seed are supposed to magically not feed their plants? How do you suppose they do that?

Feed every other watering? So people who grow in pre fertilized potting soil should double dose their seedlings with food when the soil hasn't been leeched of ferts yet?
