vegging under 1 light,

hi folks,
im on my 4th grow now and have bought new equiptment.
after having 3 days of hassle with my cooltubes i can say hand on heart do not pull air across the light as it does not cool hardly at all, always push.
anyways,

i am running 2x 600 dual spectrum lights.
and thought to save little power i would veg under 1 light only and turn the 2nd light on for the last week of veg and the flowering period.
would this be ok?

i have 10 plants in 15 ltr smart pots/airpots im in a 2.4x1.2.2m tent with 8" filter/fan and a 6" intake fan on a smscom controller.

Sounds like that would work great. I have my vegging plants under regular flourescents and they like that very well. So for my 600w hps flower room i use only a 130w flourscent to keep the flower room full.
