Vegging too long? Negative affects?

Any experienced growers have any input on this? My plants are bushy and healthy and I am thinking going to be provide a great harvest. Is there more of a chance of hermie? All of them are clearly showing female preflowers. i wouldnt call myself experienced though, i have probably done more time reading about weed than growing. just clarifying.

i am going through a similar situation and from my understanding some think your buds will be more potent the longer you veg. Plus the bigger the plant the bigger the yield. I have your same light set up and am a little worried about light penetration. I too am forced to veg longer (maybe a full 8 weeks). I was thinking maybe some supplement lighting like cfls along sides/lower parts of the plant for at least for the flowering stage. I had a 1000 mh for vegging but my lamp had to be sent back for repairs so 3 weeks after vegging from seed i had to send the lamp away and have been using areogarden/cfls ever since. I have vegged for almost 4 weeks now and they are showing preflowers and looking nice a bushy. I am pleased with what i have put together making me think they would be very good as additional lighting to my hid. Maybe add a little blue light in with the hps. As far as the actual size of your plant hindering your yield.... bull as long as you have the space and light you can grow an effin tree.
