Vegging Regular seeds Q

Whats up guys?

So usually i’ve been running just Fem seeds so I don’t have to mess with males, but there’s a lot of genetics that are just regular.

I veg in trays filled with hydroton and my nute solution and have my girls in 4 in rockwool( Started in roots riot plugs or 1 inch rockwool) Then vegged in there for 4/5 weeks.
They are then brought to their RDWC buckets and obviously stay their through flowering.

(I have 2 reg seeds in with my other vegging right now)

What’s the best way?

After 3/4 weeks in the veg room, change that light to 12-12(11-13 is mine in the flower room) and wait till they show sex then move females to HPS flower room?

Or Move tray full of vegging plants to the flower room and let them sex their then pull the males?

Any way quicker?

Veg light is a t5 4 bulb.

Currently I'm doing something similar. My plan had been to take a few cuttings and flower those out. Should show sex within a couple weeks. Bin the clones and mature males once I know the sex, take a few more cuts and flower out the mature plants then do my selection once I've harvested and tried the end product.
