Vegging Plants Not Growing and Started Flowering

None of my vegging plants seem to have grown more than an inch in the past few weeks..

I just have absolutely no idea why not.

I'm using soil. Temps are 30-34C with an AC cooltube.

The only two problems that have occurred are:

1.) There was a problem with fungus gnats that was dealt with recently. There is barely any noticeable damage on the leaves.

2.) I kept them at 12/12 with respect to the 600w HPS, but left a 45w CFL to keep them from flowering which has always worked in the past. However, they did start to flower so I returned the 600w HPS to 18/6.

Besides that, I've been using Dutch Pro on some and Canna Soil Supermix on others. Neither group has been growing any better/worse.

I have been a little tardy with watering, letting them dry out and wilt slightly before watering.

None of these things have EVER caused my plants to simply halt growth, so I'm really in need of help here.

Appreciate any input!

Your plants began to flower when you took off the big light and have now begun to reveg, they will not grow until they have completely revegged.

Depending how long its been since u put them back on 18 hrs of light you may want to just flower them, it takes a long time to reveg and then flower a plant.
