I did read the FAQ, and I do have books but they don't always go into detail of info and pics of some diff. don't look the same as mine.
I have grown with soil but its more messy and more pest.

Chum your not coming off as an ass that's the problem your a nice guy. You are just ALL over the place.
Try this Instead of asking a question here try to find the answer yourself first. Then when you have to ask the question use your research info that you have found to compliment your own. IE so would it be ok to use monkey sperm as a PH down? My research says that if it is cured properly for 6 months its ok. My question is my monkey sperm is only 5 months old and i am in a jam and need some quick. If i use my MS now will that hurt my plants.
You have researched your topic (yes you can use MS)and you had a specific question (can i use 5mo old MS ?) see the differnence?
