:leaf:Ultra Chronic Vegan Cookies :leaf:
(I'm not vegan, just have tons of friends who are and I enjoy eating that way when I can)

Now usually I make all my pot food from scratch, this is just an easy cheater way to homemade cookies. so what you need for Ultra Chronic Vegan Cookies is...
1 package of pre-made cookie mix, or have the equivalent homemade cookie mix to make 24 sugar cookies.
1 nice deep mixing bowl
1 Banana(or an egg but it wont be vegan or taste nearly as good)
1/4 cup honey(or as much as you want in them)
2 spoonfulls of peanut butter (big spoonfulls but not giant)
1/2 cup or 3/4 cup ganja butter. (depending on how much you have)
1 or 2 tablespoons flower and sugar(however much extra you need to buffer the extra greasiness from the extra ganja and peanut butter)

First things first, pour your sugar cookie mix(or the amount of sugar, flour and baking soda your sugar cookie recipe calls for) into a nice deep mixing bowl.

Next add your 1/2 cup of ganja butter(I softened it by setting the measuring cup with the butter on top of the oven as it pre-heated)

DSCN1737.jpg

Add about a quarter cup of honey(to taste)

Break your banana into small pieces if it isn't super ripe so it will mix in well. (this is the replacement for the egg and also adds a great flavor)

DSCN1740.jpg

Add about 2 tablespoons of flour since you are going to be expanding on the recipe with peanut butter(and in my case a little extra ganja butter) and you dont want them to be mushy.

DSCN1741.jpg

Next add two spoonfulls of peanut butter. this spoonfull was really big so the second was about half that size. the peanut butter helps hide the ganja taste and makes the cookies a nice brown which is nice if you don't want them to be flourescent green..

Put your back into it and start stirring! (unless you got a mixer)

DSCN1743.jpg

Take the mixture by the spoonfull and make balls to put on your greased pan. (unless you are using a stone like me, then no greasing is required!)

DSCN1744.jpg

Give up using the spoon and just use your hands because it's easier. (and you get to sample the cookie dough by cleaning your fingers with your tongue):weed:

Stick your first trayfull into the pre-heated oven

DSCN1746.jpg

Make sure it is at 350º for a baking stone, dark pan or larger cookies. 375º for smaller cookies or thinner trays. and put it in for 12-15 min for the larger cookies and 7-10 for the smaller.

DSCN1748.jpg

Walk out of the room to a fat begging dog starring at you cause she knows you are baking cookie's and tell her "sorry these are for the grown-ups"

DSCN1752.jpg

Go sit on rollitup.org for the amount of time you have to kill and come back to soft delicious looking cookies!!

DSCN1749.jpg

Throw those tasting looking bitch's onto the cooling rack you have(or on top of some paper towels)...

DSCN1750.jpg

...And throw the next tray full into the oven! (and maybe sample one of the cookies as it cools?):weed:

DSCN1751.jpg

Once those are finished let them cool and you are good to go!

DSCN1754.jpg

If you arent planning on having a party and or giving them out and you would like to save them for and extended period of time put them into a ziplock and then into an airtight container of some sort if you can then put them in the freezer for several months.

Leave a mess for your wife/husband/girlfreind/boyfriend/mom/roommate to clean up cause you are already high as fuck from licking all the batter off your fingers and sampling cookies between batches...

I have been giving my dog a quarter to a half of one of these cookies every night to help him sleep. he is recovering from ACL surgery and it helps me not have to give him as much pain meds. suprisingly he eats them willingly which is weird because his knee is so infected he wont eat anything except hand fed chicken. shows how good these vegan cookies taste!

This is a great recipe but should not be considered VEGAN. I am not a vegan but I am a chef and part of that is knowig how to cook all types of food. Unfortunatley butter is an animal by product and would Never be consumed by a vegan. Also the pre package cookies are made with preservatives, animal products as well as processed foods. calling and feeding these to vegans would be funny IMHO but also could land you in trouble with them. Unfortunatley I have not found anything remotley good tasting that is truley vegan and can be mixed with cannabis, maybe grape seed oil or something. Jello is also another not well known no-no for vegan as gelatin is derived from animal bone marrow. Once again not bagging on you as these look rather tasty but they just cannot be called vegan or vegetarian.

one last thing, I would never reccomend cooking anything with cannabis over 275, it is a safety factor I follow, you may have to adjust cooking times, but you will always know that the THC will still be there.

well shit, too late to take it out of the title! good info though, I always thought you just couldnt go over 375. good to know. and yeah I used to try and use oil but it never gave me the same effect as the butter. I was thinking about the rest of the recipe besides the butter, which was silly of me. thanks for helping!
