Veg under cfl question

Hello guys,

I had to move my young autos from the tent because there was no space and they started stretching . I put them in a closet with two 125w dual spectrum cfls.Do you think they will be okay to veg for another ~2 weeks before they start flower in there under these lamps? i only used cfl for seedlings before transplant until now .

Yes, but it will cost you. Best thing you can do is make a reflector and hang those lights horizontally.
More light comes out of the sides than it does the ends.
They are going to flower when they want to. So more light you can give them now the better.

Buy the cheap cfl reflector for those and hang horizontal as corey said - at the moment you are wasting a lot of light. Those lights will suffice for veg of four weeks easily :-)

so i was looking to find my old cfl reflector and i found an old Mars Hydro 300(125w) i already had. I replaced it with the cfls and 4 days later i think everything is going well

Sweet, we all like the mars hydros, shit as they are. Plants look like they are taking off too :-)

I just harvested my first plant I used two of those exact same bulbs for the whole process. Hoping when I get some warm white bulbs it'll make a difference.

Looking good. Maybe think about some plant training if you have height restrictions.
