Veg Room Help - How many plants can fit here?

Hello, I'm using a 4" 8-bulb T5. 40K Lumen output. This is my veg room.

My flower room consists of two 600W's in a wide, spacey room. 7x8x8
I want my flower room to be FULL of clones and utilize my two lights to their potential, so I think I want my clones to be at least 2.5 ft before I flower them.

I'd like to do a perpetual grow, keep a mother, clone her, veg her clones to a GOOD size, and then flower my clones. I am trying to work out how I'm going to place my plants and for how long. Since this is my first time growing Cannabis I don't know how it will flourish.


This is my veg room with the T5 and some 3 gal pots


So the T5 is split in 2 sides, 4 bulbs each. I could fit up to (10) 3 gallon pots per side. But I'll be keeping a mother. I don't know how much room she'll need.. That can be figured out later as I learn. Plus I doubt those 10 plants would be very happy so bunched up. Should I stick with a sativa dominant strain that grows like an indica? That way maybe I can make it grow up instead of out? How long do I gotta veg until they are 2.5 feet? When will they start demanding more room? Basically, how many plants can I grow to 2.5 ft under that side of the T5?

Looks like a great set up Set up man.. you'll need a 1000watt for your veg room but being that small your going to need a way to cool it down.. (an ac unit would work great). then use all your t5s for you clones they work great for growth and not burning them. and put you plants on the ground make your lights moveable you.. Are you using dirt, do you plan on bubble buckets? are you planning on connecting them? Details ???

My flower room is not pictured :X I don't know if you meant to say veg though.. But I'm running two 600's in my flower room and I'll be using a 8 inch Growbright inline fan to cool it.
