VEG GROWTH HELP (CFL VS LED)

I am currently using TWO http://www.homedepot.com/p/Feit-Ele...00K-Spiral-CFL-Light-Bulb-ESL40TN-D/203252142 and would like to know how this would fair against http://www.homedepot.com/p/Cree-100...ontal1-1-_-NA-_-205083141-_-N#product-reviews I know the LED is better for electric but will it give me the same growth because my CFLs are pretty powerful.

These days its all about preference. I really enjoy my full spec LED for the usual less heat, etc. I think as long as you have the correct spectrums going, it should work as well as LEDs. Keeping in mind lumens, etc

I'm no longer using that one I use a t5 now and my area 51 sgs 160, the cfl was doing faster growth than the t5 but the sgs160 vegs like a champ compared to either. Thanks.
