I have two Jack the Ripper ladies getting quite large. Silver Haze in my flowering tent day 63. Trichromes clear to cloudy. The JTR's are about twenty inches tall. I trimmed them down about a week and a half ago, but there in 10 gallon Roots Organics dirt bags, and now they are at twenty again. If I chopped them to about 7 or 8 inches today, am I going to screw my plants, or will they just bounce back in a week. Thanks for the help, I cant throw a 20 inch plant into flower. That will get five feet tall and my vertical space isnt that high. I cant let them get more then about 30 inches at their maximum height.

Thanks for the help, or votes of confidence.

I have holes cut in the rim of my pots every 3-4 inches for tying my plants down. I use the flexible rubber coated wire ties. I tie back my branches to even the canopy and spread out the bud site, which leaves more room for the middle to fill out. At sites get too tall I tie them back further. If they are still too tall then I do some topping. Super cropping is a great option too if u have the time. When I get shoots that are too tall and spindly, I squeeze em real hard. Smetimes they break tho, which is also ok, as long as you have a lot of time for veg. It takes up to two weeks for the branch to recover but it's thicker and stronger for it. I veg for like 2 months so I'm always trimming and retrimming.

I guess the simple answer to your question though, feel free to chop em up again they will recover, but I wouldn't do anything 2 drastic within 2 weeks of flipping your lights.
