veg bulb

do you reckon? seems alright so far and its been on a few weeks, is it for the stretching effect that it wont do or what is it?
 
Hi has or is the hps red in the spectrum? seems to be doing alright, its only 6inches high and the bulb is a 100w output around 4-6in away, it isn't stretching at the moment just want to be sure it doesnt fk it up in later days, its 1 O.G Kush seed i bought going to veg it 2 weeks and get 4 cuttings of it hopefully
