Veg and or Mother tent w/ 1212's?

Most of what I read on here is about blasting your flower room/tent with tons of efficient light. but I don't see a lot of info on running a veg area. I know some people say they use floro's for this....i'm not gonna. So this is what I am thinking of doing;

Both of the tents are 2x4's

-I want to do 8 clu048 1212's on a mw hlg-185h-48a on 2 36in 3.5 HSUSA profiles
-or 8 clu048 1212's on a mw hlg-120h-48a on 3 22in 3.5 HSUSA profiles
Both will be mixtures of 5700k 80cri and 4000k 80cri

Would these be enough light? To much? I need to both tents and if either one is over or under kill any suggestions will definitely help.

I've vegged just fine at about 13w per sqft of cobs.

I have 200 watts of 4 cxb3070's in s line spaced evenly across 46". Works beautifully in the 2x6' space it's in.
