Just got off the phone with a buddy of mine. He finally took the plunge and bought a volcano. But when he gets it, it doesn't work. Reached out to customer support, got some questions, sent a video. Now nothing. Says he can't get through to customer support (it's true I tried too for shits and giggles. 40 min, no answer). So now he has an expensive pos.
So be warned. Read their return polices, they're shifty.
Now I'm not sure if I want to get a volcano anymore, it sure won't be from these ppl.

You are basing this off a single phone call? I'd give them a chance to respond to an email first, I'm sure they'll make things right. Some places take 24-48 hours to respond to an email, lots of businesses are backed up right now-not sure if you've seen the news. It seems like everything is taking longer.

It's hard to do a phone call when they never answer. This is multiple emails multiple days. I've looked up other complaints and it's a common complaint

It's probably a counterfeit. Especially if he got it a lot cheaper. I got a counterfeit Atmos vape from one of those sites. Didn't know it was fake until I went to a vape shop and they showed me the difference. The one I had was a piece of crap too. Battery sucked for starters.

THAT IS EXACTLY what he thinks now. That it's a counterfeit..
 
This vapor.com is all over. That's crazy if they're selling fakes. Question is do they know it. All the complaints I've found seem very similar, so maybe.
Any ideas on what a fake looks like? I've seen a classic before, but never a hybrid. That's alot of scratch to loose.

Vaping is much better for your lungs. My doctors even ask me if I use a vaporizer when they hear I smoke. I love my Silver Surfer vapes. I leave one on 24/7 so it's always ready.

Search Google. That link I posted told a few ways to spot a fake Volcano. I don't know if you read it.

One of my best friends is the type of guy that unknowingly invades your personal space when he's fucked up and having a good conversation with you. We just started yelling "Encroachment!!" While he was mid sentence. Those memes always remind me of him.
