I've got my hands on a 4ft Solarcure Flower Power UVB fluorescent tube and fitting.

I'm thinking of using it the last couple of weeks of flowering.
As my leds are ~ 1ft - 300mm from the top of the plant canopy will this UVB tube be too close/powerful at 1ft - 300mm away?
I'm not sure how long to run it for.
My timers are all 15 min intervals on/off so that's the minimum I could have it on, 15 minutes.
What y'all think?

15 min should be fine. Not all UV bulbs are equal, so I can't morally tell you how close and how frequent. That info resides with the product specification data. But in general start further away and for the min length of time. Assessment of the plants vigor and any response from the exposure is good practice before upping anything.

I use the 2ft fp. IMO. You will see some leaves cook at 1 ft away and immediately going to 15 mins. I start at 5 mins around week 3/4 Slowly increasing every few days till I get 30 mins mid day. They are powerful lights and can easily fry fan leaves.

I have their 2 ft in my tent. I run it at about 20-24”. No closer. The 2ft is stronger then the 4ft bulbs. So I’m sure the 4 ft can be run closer but I would start at 24” and move 2” closer ever few days.

I run two 30 min on cycles with mine. From the day the lights flip. I think I am going to add 15min more per cycle at about week 4-5. Then probably not use it the last 3-5days.
