Looks phosphorus related to myself as well.

Are you positive you don't overwater?

What calcium amendments did you add to your soil?

Good drainage / aeration?

Are you ph'ing water, or leaving it at neutral?

How long have you been preparing this mix for? (has there been ample time for it to break down properly first)

Peat moss can be pretty acidic. It generally contains a lot of sulphur and can acidify soil. Sulphur will acidify things even more when wet, or continuously wet.

Low ph will lockout calcium and phosphorus. It'll also contribute to root disease. Especially if the water holding capicity is high and there isn't enough aeration and / or drainage.

Is the bottom of your pot staying a bit soggy? What did you use for aeration / drainage?
