Using Orange Peels

Has anyone here ever used orange peels to recapture moisture and extra fragrance in the curing process? I'm assuming that the natural oils in the peels will make those buds smell DELICIOUS!!!

Tried it once and it did give my pot an orange smell whenver I opened the jar. Still, I prefer to use a small slice of lettuce.

ive used them, they work and do give the bud a hint of orange smell, you can also try lettuce or bread, they all work wonders.....

orange peels will put mold on your weed. use lettuce for moisture

TRUE!! i did it once and my bud got moldy cobweb mold i think...i use a wet piece of papertowel

Best bet is just put in a few fresh fan leaves. Orange/grapefruit will work fine --- BUT you have to watch it VERY closely or you can get mold as mentioned above if you leave it in even a little bit too long. I've also used lemon rind before, but like i said, you have to CLOSELY monitor it or you'll get mold, but it definitely does add a nice smell!!!!
