Using my grow tent for a quick grow without inline fans

Is this possible? I have a small time to fit in a quick auto grow before I go visit my family and want to have a quick grow before I go. One problem I don't have any inline fan atm I have 5x5 tent but just gonna look after 3 autos with a small light because my setup for 5x5 is not yet complete. I wanted to keep the tent open and have fans blowing to move the air around the room the tent is in, hope this is possible and wont be too harsh for the plants

quick note my ac infinity fan might arrive while grow as well it was shipped weeks ago but taking a long time because of corona to arrive hasn't even moved from sorting facility so not sure

If you can grow with the tent door open should be fine. It really depends on where you live... the temps etc

the temps and humidity are almost perfect here for grow if the humidity goes a little lower than what I want I can use my humidifier but humidity outside is mostly 50-80% here already. I just kind of worried about airflow and everything

Only reason you need a tent is for photoperiod really, or if you grow in a room you frequent, and can't have your undisturbed dark periods

I like to have a tent to contain smell mostly... Constant negative pressure zone.

Exactly how much time are we talking? Autos typically take 90-110 days. And you know even just 3 autos will put off crazy smell with no carbon filter running right?

You can probably do it fine in the winter as long as you keep the door open during light period and have circulation fans. My first indoor grow was in an open closet and ended up being pretty successful. Upgrade what you can when you can, good luck!

Start your grow and then go out and get an inline fan and put in there. Question is, if you are a grower and have a tent, why don't you have a fan?

Exactly how much time are we talking? Autos typically take 90-110 days. And you know even just 3 autos will put off crazy smell with no carbon filter running right?

2-3 months I will just make my visit after I'm done with the grow, the smell worries me a little bit too. I was thinking about getting gels that blocks the smell apparently they work really well, the room is gonna smell pretty harsh but as long as no one else but me smell it it's all good. I might get a carbon filter if it gets too out of hand as long as I can get my inline fan delivered in time. Gonna start my grow after get my seeds this week delivered hopefully everything goes smooth

Thanks man I thought about doing it in the shower but since I have a tent I thought why not use it right? Hope that bright light and smell doesn't leak too much outside and get the neighbors suspicious of whats going on inside

Im just building this 5x5 tent setup new so I haven't even got my LED yet which I'm saving money for still, I bought the inline fan but corona is making me wait a LONG ass time to get. Just wanted to grow 3 autos which I have a light strong enough to support for and not run out of weed

2-3 months isn't enough time. A fast grow is about 4 months. I think you need to get your expectations changed.

They will smell, even when tiny. But it won't be bad. Once they get several weeks old it will get stronger, flowering is when it's really bad and the filter is necessary.

As for your order, sounds very strange. Is it from a reputable company you purchased from before? If it shipped, you should have it right away, regardless of the virus. I order stuff internationally and get it within a week or so. Ordered in my own country and it's only a couple of days.

They dont smell much for the first 2-3 weeks. And like the other guy said they might not be finished in your time window. Most autos take 90-110 regardless of what breeder says.

Its an international order from Amazon its AC Infinity Cloud 9 if I'm not wrong. I grew the same genetic from same breeder and it took 2.5 months was super fast but not much yield to show so I wanted to try my chance they are going to be free seeds sent to me anyway. I will probably wait until I'm done with the grow to visit my family I'm thinking it cant take more 3 months for it that was my experience with autos mostly but i wont mind waiting 1-2 weeks more. When it comes to smell I'm just paranoid about the smell leaving the house I really don't care about the inside I'm thinking getting the inline fan with the carbon when they are 1-3 weeks old I wont have much issues

Why not run a carbon filter in the tent and also run a scrubber in lung room. Caution before stupidity

I decided to wait for my inline fan for the grows anyways so I will have a carbon filter as well didn't wanted to run out of weed but will try to smoke less lol
