Using CO2 Tank to provide co2 to plant?

I have a 20oz CO2 tank used for paintballing with a on/off valve. So I can adjust how much co2 comes out. Anything bad about using this? its only for one plant. thanks -s|Ean

I'm actually using one. though the set up is from Lowes. its for running air tools. I have it run through a solenoid valve that gives a 1/2 second shot every 1/2 hour (or there abouts) a PLC control everything (CO2, lights, water, etc so its very adjustable) pics in grow journal.

Fuck that setup...I aint no genius....I'd burn my house down tryin to set up somethin like that

LOL, well the valves are 24VDC (I never liked using 120AC) The lights are run off a couple of relays. (plus I do this type of thing for a living)

its not flammable as far as I know. Its under pressure but not like a commpressed air tank. No 3000 psi like my air tank for paintball. I just turned the valve on co2 tank until i hear it hissing out and then i place it next to the plant. I did it overnight and it was fine.
