Using "already been vaped weed" for edibles, question.

So after using "already been vaped weed", I heard you can use it for edibles. When doing so, would you need to add more, to reach the same effect as weed that hasn't been used?

I want an anti-anxiety/relaxed effect. I don't want to get completely blasted at all lol ... Edibles would mainly be for work. I'm tired of dealing with peoples bullshit and it's taking a toll on my health. Ie. Increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, stress, and just all around complete rage 24/7 when I'm on shift. Im working 120 hours a week (not by choice) and I just need something to help calm me down. My neurologist said stress can trigger seizures as well, and I don't want to have one....

How much should you use to reach that effect?

I can't take benzo's because the "withdrawals" can cause seizures as well...

Yes it works decarb in oil. Make capsules or cook with oil.
When I used to vape dry herbs I would save them for edibles.

Also the reclaim oil you get out of the vape rig when you clean it is great for cooking as it's pretty well decarbed.

My buddy brought some CBG isolate over one time and we did some dabs. It didn't get me high so to speak but it had a very relaxing / calming effect.

I’ve been saving and using ABV for inflammation and sleeping for many years.

After vaping it’s largely de-carboxed so I don’t treat the ABV. I take some with a scoop of yogurt, typically
