Should I use root stimulator for my new clone to get the roots grow faster in a DWC bucket?

You can. I use the House & Gardens Root Excelurator.
I've seen a difference with this stuff. Expensive but worth it.

I use rooting hormone just after clipping and I use Olivia's Cloning solution in the res.
I also put some micro slits above the snip on both sides of the stem, this is promote roots.
