Upside down grower..Topsy Turvey

So anyone try thease damn things yet because i was thinking the THC would all sink into that cola haha but i was just getting an idea for something new...anyone try it yet?

Search for it. I believe FDD2BLK did one awhile back.

Only prob I think of right off the top is During Veg that plant IS GOING TO grow not down but UP to the light, really the only thing upside-down would the the base of the stem.
I dont think it would assist in draining THC to the cola either. Upside down is just an easy way to hang and manage a drying plant, you could hang rightside up to dry and get just as good of results.
Tomatoes are more flexible and have heavy fruit to make them hang down while they grow.

just get a bamboo stick and stake it at night when it would be upside down it would get almost the same effect as lstin

someone on this forum did it, idk who, but the plant did a 180 and started growing straight towards the light. in other words it is pointless, unless it's an indoor and you want to maximize your area

this is useless for bud cuz it will grow to the light.. so unless u have a bulb under it, it will jus turn bak up.. and if u have a bulb at the bottom ude have to be careful not get it wet... even if it grew upside down, what r u gonna do, raise ur plant and light weekly??? this thing is made for tomatoes cuz tomatoes r heavy and pull the plant down which would have ur tomatoes sitting on the ground rotting... so this thing keeps them off the ground... its all bout gravity

i'm gonna choose not to be a child and quit with the derr. If he moves the light to the side there is still a chance to get water on it or its wires.

If he doesnt have at least a little water leak out then hes under watering

and seeing as the stem will come out the bottom i dont think it would be possible to choose to not have a drainage hole

BTW how old are you? i remember we used to play that derr game in high school

There can be no benefit to this method what so ever, unless your from another planet and smoke it upside down also.

That makes no sense and I believe that you could possibly be broken in the head. So these botanist and growers that do it are obviously doing because it doesn't work. I think you're wise.
