Uploading Pics

When I try and upload pics - it never works. I have tried resizing my images to make them smaller. Should I be using a third party website to upload my photos to and then link to them? If so, what is a safe/privacy website I can use? If not - whats the problem? Normally it'll go about halfway and then time out or somthing and say "Page not found"

What program are you using to shrink your photos?
I use zoombrowser but I know a lot of people here use photoshop or photobucket.

Maybe ask one of the mods for help. :confused::roll:
