Upload a file currently broken

The upload a file use commonly used by the users to take photos off their phone library or their computer library is currently broken.
I have alerted the owner of the issue.

The insert image file however is still currently working

I have no ETA on when this will be fixed, as it is a holiday.

editing... i just realize how stupid i am for telling users to go to my photo guide on how to insert a photo when all the photos are broken on the website.....

Ok so to insert a photo
you will see in the reply box, a row ontop , in between the smiley face and what looks like video strips there is a picture.
click that it will say insert image url.

to insert the image url, you will find your photo that needs to be hosted somewhere on an additional website, right hand click the photo and a list pops up click "Copy Image address"
in the rollitups insert image url you will right hand click in the box and click paste, or you can hit CTRL + V and hit insert
