Updated pics: Bubblegum + Big Bud

Well, I started with 6 plants - 3 bubblegum and 3 big bud. After 10 days of 12/12 I have sexed the entire grow, and I am left with a total of 4 plants.1 big bud female and 3 bubblegum females. They are looking nice save for some minor hooking here and there. I know my room doesn't have the best ventilation during the dark hours. The plants are all about a foot tall. WOnder how tall they will get...

I also switched from the retro-white to the standard HPS bulb. I have looked everywhere to buy a damn oscillating fan for my room and nobody has them in stores for another couple of months...

The last pic is my dog Kilo.He is 12 weeks old today.Had to throw it in there.He barks at my plants when I am tending to them. Can't believe he will be 75 pounds of guard dog someday.

I have the 400w about 12-13" from the canopy...does that sound about right? I want to get it in closer but I think I am about at the limit for my crappy hood. Yeah the dog is tired. He is still a puppy, and I guess they sleep alot.

I can't wait for this year's outdoor grow.

14 days into 12/12. The big bud is pretty far behind the bubblegum plants as far as bud formation. I fed them with 1 tsp grow big and 1 tsp tiger bloom. I think the pots finally ran out of gas as most of the plants are already starting to yellow at the bottom.

So far so good. The hooking hasn't progressed too much. I told my plants if they don't stop hooking they will wind up dead in FDDs trunk.

All looking good.

I am going to go down to my local hydro shop and price their 600w systems with cooltubes or a hood with glass.

Nice idea. Bubblegum + Big Bud, that would be nice smoke (and a lot of it)

Hehe - its not a cross, it's two seperate varieties. The big bud looks noticeably different from the bubblegum.

I love bubblegum

Just a few pics from tonight. These girls are blowing up.The bubblegum looks like they are about done with stretch, maybe another couple of inches.The bigbud on the otherhand is at just under 16" and climbing.

Really starting to fill out all of the sudden.I gave them some molasses and a drop of superthrive just to give them a kick in the ass.

I bought some seed from nirvava (bubblicious) .....I got an e-mail from them on the 9th saying they had been shipped....It's now the 29th and nothing....I don't think it takes 3 weeks to ship from Europe to USA....Where did you get your bubblicious seeds from??

I love the way bubblegum grows,and its smell and flavour.
I miss it now i see it.
Think i will have to get a few seeds for myself.

Thanks. The one thing I learned from this is that next time I will let the bubblegum get a little taller next time before I flower. I thought it would tower out a bit more than it did. Oh well, let's see where they finish height-wise. That big-bud is going to hit the roof I can tell.

xbravoz: I think you have these strains confused sir. I am not growing the same thing you ordered from Nirvana. And yes it could take 3 weeks to get your seeds. Don't panic just yet man. Send them an email if you are worried.Good luck.

Nice plants i love the bubblegum,they usally start budding right away&the crysals OH the crytals are SO nice on the bubble gum,is it from nivana or serious seeds?I want to try the serious seed ones.I belive superthive in flower is a no no,its cases them to build roots instead of buds(i believe,you may want to ask others on this.Im glad you got 3 BG and not Big Bud,i dont like big bud its not very strong imo.Stay Safe &happy Gardening!!Oh wait a minute you Big Bud isnt from nivana?Were is it from?

The girl that gave me the bubblegum seeds said they were from T.H. Seeds. The bigbud is ooooooooold Nirvana seed I bought over a year ago. I cracked these when I had no other beans on hand. Now I have a ton of beans and I can't wait for these to be done so I can start vegging this year's outdoor grow! I am also planning on building a large cabinet for future indoor action.

As far as the superthrive, I do not use it very often, just threw a drop in there to see if it will help keep any mild heat stress down since I am pushing the limit on how close I keep the light. Right now I am at about 8-9" with a cheapo hood with no glass.
