This plant vegged for 3weeks then i put it to flower

Look at how its starting to get frosty
Is it healthy or to thin???
when will it start to smell danky???
how much longer til harvest???

^^I Let This 1 veg for 5weeks
I Topped It and plucked off some dead leaves
and it grew like 18-20 tops
Now as far as the last two pics
Are the plants healthy??
Are they as tall/thick as they should be??
when will the be done(estimate)??​

the ones in 12/12 light arent old enough to flower yet.. id let em veg for 14 days or so under a cool bulb (6500k) under 24hr light...theyll flourish like hell and be read to begin flowering then
