Update on first grow

So out of four plants I got 3 females out of bag seeds. Its my first grow and i wanted to learn how the plants naturally grow so i topped one and let the other two grow naturally. Im running into a problem with one of my girls in flower. She wont stop growing! She has grown taller than my light and i cant move it up anymore! I tried to see how much bend she had to maybe tie her down but the main cola bent and i had to fix it. Shes still doing good and healthy but i was wondering if it will hinder her bud with her being so big. Any ideas what to do? No idea what strain because of it being bag seeds. Pics attached.

They look good. Nothing wrong with big. As far as yield, bigger is usually better.

Google Super cropping. Thats your only option if the lights wont go any higher. Wont hurt to bend the tallest over to 90 degrees. They plants usually do fine even if the stems break, but try to avoid that. If you follow super crop directions you will be fine.

You definitely can supercrop in flower. It's useful for those main colas that get too high. I had to do it a few weeks ago too, and the plant is already used to its slightly sideways tops.

Do you have any pictures maybe? I'm just not sure where'd I should cut her and if I cut that main cola off I'll lose most of the yield right?

supercropping is not cutting...its bending the branch on a 90 degree angle...but not to much force or it can break.
check youtube for supercropping videos...watch a few different peoples process...i'm sure you'll figure it out very quickly. :P
