Unknown Fiber in Dry

Looking for some help. I have never had a problem like this before. Dried bud in a tent with filtered intake and carbon filtered exhaust. No signs of mites or problems during the grow. the dried bud has these almost microscopic white strands that glow under black/uv light. At first i thought it was possibly spider mites but on further inspection it appears that most of the strands are uniform in length and appears to be synthetic {but im not Sure} upon inspection the fibers on the outside filter wrap appears to be similar. the filter is outside the tent as an exhaust filter so no idea how it would have gotten in the tent. Any help is appreciated.

What are you using to filter the intake? Do the fibers resemble whatever material you're using?

weird. I can usually identify where foreign material comes from on my plants. I quit wearing my fleece jacket anywhere near the grow room. I don't recognize those fibers.
