hahahaha thats funny shit right there

Posted: 11/20/2012 Last Updated: 15 hours ago VIENNA - The head of the United Nation's drug watchdog agency is urging U.S. federal officials to challenge ballot measures in Colorado and Washington that decriminalized possession of small amounts of marijuana for adults 21 and over.

Raymond Yans said the approvals send "a wrong message to the rest of the nation and it sends a wrong message abroad."Yans heads the International Narcotics Control Board. He told The Associated Press on Tuesday he hopes Attorney General Eric Holder "will take all the necessary measures" to ensure that marijuana possession and use remains illegal throughout the U.S.

Colorado's Amendment 64 will allow adults over 21 to possess up to an ounce of marijuana. It also would allow people to grow as many as six marijuana plants in private, secure areas.

Colorado congresswoman Diana DeGette is introducing new federal legislation that would allow states to pass their own laws on controlled substances."My constituents have spoken and I don’t want the federal government denying money to Colorado or taking other punitive steps that would undermine the will of our citizens," said DeGette (D-Colorado).

The INCB has no enforcement ability.
...................................Raymond Yans the dick who said this comes from Belgium....hmmmmm

Is marijuana legal in Belgium?

This might surprise you, but recently marijuana has been made legal if under these condition:
- A person may not carry more then 5 grams.
- If growing marijuana, a person is limited to one plant.
- A person must not smoke marijuana in public or in the presence of those under 18.
- A person must be older then 18 to carry or use marijuana.
- A person is not allowed to sell to third parties.

Give someone a little power, then threaten to take it away from them and this is the behavior you can expect to see. Perfect example of why it took a Citizen's initiative to legalize cannabis in Colorado.

I could not have said it better myself. This prohibition on marijuana is just getting ridiculous.

Several central american and latin american heads of state are calling for discussion about legalization and regulation in regards to 64 and washington's law. Foreign PMs (in certain countries) are taking american voters more seriously than our own federal gov.

Come senators, congressmen
Please heed the call
Don't stand in the doorway
Don't block up the hall
For he that gets hurt
Will be he who has stalled
There's a battle outside
And it is ragin'
It'll soon shake your windows
And rattle your walls
For the times they are a-changin'.

Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don't criticize
What you can't understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
Rapidly agin'
Please get out of the new one
If you can't lend your hand
For the times they are a-changin'.

makes you really wonder how many other states are gunna jump on the band wagon and put in props/bills to regulate/legalize marijuana

So far 2 others have..... Cali should be next along with Oregon.....

As soon as 20-30 states legalize....the feds will cave just as they did with alcohol prohibition...it only took 18 states

on Thursday 11/15/12 State legislators from Rhode Island and Maine will join the marijuana Policy Project on a teleconference press call to announce that they are introducing similar bills to tax and regulate marijuana in their state legislatures

Now does everyone see a conincidence to Mexico, which means all Latin American countries, since they act as the voice for Central America, that they are all throwing a for about Colorado and Washington passing the 'legilization amendments'! Of course! They have sooooo much money coming in they hve to protect it!
