Can i turn my set up off for upto 2hours during lights on week 5 flower I have a guest coming, I just need to know if there it will affect my progress

Any opinions are better than none

You will be ok, extra darkness isn't an issue. the only time it will mess things up is if you have lights on when they should be off and even then it shouldn't be much of a problem unless you constantly do it.
