Undeveloped Lower Buds

Hey team, is it common to have undeveloped buds towards the bottom of your plants? Do most people have loose buds at the bottom or there plants?

Yes, and I trim off whatever isn't getting any light. The plants tend to end up with the bottom half pretty much nekkid. I like to do this early on in the flowering process, usually after one week or so.
 
Yes, that is the way they all grow.

You can harvest the tops and let the rest fill out for a while more. They would never grow to huge colas thou.
 
FIM get 4 colas to rape and let her fill out in her own time.
Norma; as hell for buds on down the stem to get smaller, they are also not getting light, so go figure on that.

So when you look at peoples pics that have nice full buds, they at one time trimmed the plant of all the lower branches that where not producing thicker bud formations.?

Shit I didn't.
I don't trim leaves, they are solar cells for buds, you never know you may need em.:joint:
