What are you running for lights and what strain. Also if that's 6 weeks from flip on a seed run I think you are doing pretty good.

I think your brain is underdeveloped , if you think that looks bad. A lot of plants will only bulk up in the last week or so, then the branches fall over, and you know you are good. Seriously, looks good, nice job.

PATIENCE Grasshopper. They look good. Just let em ride till the pistils are fully receded and you will be good on the swelling. Like what was posted above they gain a lot of girth the last couple of weeks. Get that light as close as u can with out burning the pistils.

So you believe I should get the light closer??

It's about 20'inches away on average.

Some of the buds turned a bit purple.

Could I have let it get to cool and it stunted growth?

No. listen to the people. your crop looks awesome. As was said before I don't notice budswell until last 2 weeks the plant will grow vertically to stack fruit sites most it's life then once the plant says "shit I'm about to die I better pump out these fat fruits (that she thinks are seeded to continue lineage) and boom massive swell. plants are always thinking one generation ahead. Also you can add molasses for like 10%ish size increase and added sweetness. Also check out greenhouse seeds grow sessions they show a lot of time lapse videos that show this happen , tiny buds the last 2 weeks BAM! That should be close enough. It is a give and take with light intensity and light footprint. I try to keep it between 18 and 24".

Are you the same guy who was trolling whether your plants were male or not too? :P because those plants look frikin amazing. They will fatten up a bit. Looks dense as hell and very pretty crystals.

if you have dialed in your correct light, air (movement, co2, temp), and Nuts and you are still getting low yeilds you can attribute it to 3 things
genitics
uptake of nutrients
bugs

i have mostly seen lower yeilds because of these, soil bugs eat your roots, so uptake of nuts suffers. pH will affect your uptake of nuts, and cold roots/soil/medium will slow uptake or breakdown of nuts.

if you check for bugs and are 100% sure you dont have an infestation for all types, aphids, russets, broads, thrips, gnats, springtails, mites, then check your root/water temps (this time of year esp) and pH
if you dial all these in, then its genitics. i have seen 50-100% differences in yeilds between two pheonotypes of the same strain.
