Under canopy slowing down upper growth?

So 3 plants, white widow, scrog set up, 8 days into flowering. Two of the plants have tons of tops through the canopy and level with the rest, but the one plant on the right has had very thick foliage from the beginning preventing light getting down below, and now those branches down below are actually starting to grow more upward, but the ones at the top aren't keeping up with the other plants now.
Does anyone think this may be because the plant is trying to put all of its lower energy to get those lower branches to the top?
The majority of them I know will never make it, but I'm honestly kind of scared to cut off qo many branches down below.
I'm not sure where the line will be crossed of benifets, to stress and possible hermie

well it looks like you have a decision to make because your right they probably wont make it over the screen if those big fans are choking out the light, it is a constant fight in scrog the leaves battle for light all day every day i would ether tuck those big fans making room for the growth sites to see the light or only 8 days in me i would defoliate them.
