Thanks UB for always taking the time to answer my questions... Also, I know you focus on root growth through out its life cycle, and your anti tea brew. how do u maintain your root system? is there special additives you do to supercharge the roots..Thanks!!
Ahhhhhh, I see you've fallen for the supplement products hype.

I'm not anti-tea brew, I'm just not gonna take an extra step if I don't need to. Put the organics in the mix, water, viola you've just made your own tea.

I don't "supercharge" anything. The root system will develop on its own, it doesn't need your "help". Foliage is your "supercharger" which comes with rational, sound plant culture.....like this.

Zamal pure sativa from the island of La Reunion, 3 gal. pot.

Kite High is onto something. From what I hear and that includes pros, MicroKote works well to induce a profuse root system. My Zamal was "naturally" grown with no gimmicks or tricks.

Good luck,
UB

just paint then you can reuse around 3 times before repainting...clean well with water and alcohol then paint
I use one of those kitchen dish scratch pads with soapy water. The pads seem to rough up the plastic a bit and make the paint stick really well.

Thanks for the feed back everyone.. And I come to a conclusion, and Im investing in smart pots, just sound right to me.. mucho gracias!

NICE!! just ordered.. you the best og BEN!! Im pretty damm excitedd.. Im about to flip the kids in 2 and a half more weeks.. been in veg mode for almost 2 months from beans, kids are around 10 inches tall, looking green and healthy, used the uncle BEN topping technique ( above the 2nd true node ), Im hoping to get a nice run on this one... Leaves are looking nice and green, the labortary ( grow room ) is optimus PRIME! =) I got my tea brewing, its a simple one, subculture b, humega, kelp meal, and molasses for tomorrow! Im crossing my fingers soon when I transplant into my brand new 5 gals containers, I will see a gang full of baby albino chew baca roots!! brrrrrrrrrrrrrr

NOOB QUESTION..
I was curious since my tea is more of a microbial tea, can I do nute, nute, tea all the way through my flower cycle?.. instead of nute nute water?? because technically its supercharged plant water which has no npk value just super plant water so technically it cant hurt the kids.. or does it?

Im using jack classic planing to alternating bloom and all purpose each week and during my final stages just bloom baby bloom!

and my medium been sunshine 4 aggregate mixed with kelp meal, alfalfa, azomite, and subculture..

Also uncle ben, can you give me a few good links that you recommend on batony because when im at work, to hanging with the wifey, to being fly as a blimp.. Im constantly think about the kidos.. and trying to up my knowledge.

THANKS UNC

2 months old and only 10" high? Something's not right. Seems like you have the greenie religion/ideology down pat.... now let's return to the real world - what are the chemicals they are receiving? That's what matters.

Here's something I wrote the other day. advice that was ignored -

"This needs to be said first....for some strange reason folks need to make pot growing as complicated and confusing as they can. That's why you must empower yourself with solid botanical knowledge rather than take someone's advice on lighting, foods, defoliation tricks, etc.

So please, refer me to an easy to understand guide that will at least guarantee i don't overdo it. Simply saying flora gro works great and jacks classic works great, with all my other reading, tells me i'm missing something major.
DO NOT start until you buy and read Mel Frank's "MJ Insiders Growers Guide". It will be your short cut to success. http://www.amazon.com/Marijuana-Growers-Insiders-Guide-Frank/dp/0929349008

That is the most comprehensive, down to earth book on horticulture. Get your nose out of this blind-leading-the-blind forum and into Mel's book.

Check out my Tweeks thread in Advanced and read my posts. You'll quickly find I don't subscribe to most principles or products pushed around here, only sound culture.

Yes, most is geared towards other plants like orchids, but it's the concepts you need to be looking into, they are solid and will translate over to cannabis culture. If you master these concepts, you can grow this weed. Treat cannabis like a tomato and you'll be successful. Treat it as it is - nothing more than a flowering tropical annual.

I explained it wrong my apologies.. this Sunday will be 2 months starting from seed. N its about 10inches to 1 ft at the moment, cherry og. Not including my 1 gallon pot. I top it about 3 weeks back and transplanted from dixie cup to 1 gal 2 weeks back from today, it was under t5, I only used water, but I made a brew a week prior before top and transplanted. Last week from today I finally put them under my 1k hps light still vegging. And started introducing nutes last week as well, I have a lot of old nutrients laying around that I need to finish.. I'm using flurolicious grow, protekt, carboload and root from hg.

Does it sound okay now?

thanks for the great read!

Your Morpheus from the movie matrix...you givin me the red pill and I've been unpluged from the matrix (hype) =) and beating up the agents!

UB... what is your ideal npk ratios through out its life schedule? veg and flower
Over the years, have been getting away from the veg/bloom foods hype and now use a slow release 18-4-9 on everything. Bloom foods are sold only because the brain washed public buys into the marketing bullshit.

At another forum Homebrewer is doing a side by side comparison of Dyna-Gro's 9-3-6 and 7-9-5 and although close in vigor, color, etc. the Foliage Pro is producing a larger plant. Believe he started with clones too.
