Hello,

First, thank you members for helping me in my past few threads.

I'm unable to tell the difference between ca/mg deficiency and light burn. The plants were really close to the lights, around 8 inches (20cm) from a 600W lights. Could light burn lead to ca/mg deficiency?

Sorry no pictures.

Thank you.

Gonna be hard to.answer without pics, do you have any air circulating in your space, try and get some pics and giving more info will get you better answers. Cant really offer any help at this point, someone else may be able to.

@bignugdoug
Here are the pictures.

The air is circulating with 3 fans and using cooltubes and strong outtake fan.

@bignugdoug but for me, it seems they start getting yellow too early about 5-6th week of flowering and they are flowering 9-10 weeks, little too much than usually, isn't it? Do you think it could be too less nutrients? Thank you

Looks pretty normal to me at that stage of growth. A very light feeding of nutes with some epsom salts added for the extra sulfur wouldn't hurt. S is very useful to promote trichome growth near the end as is K for fattening up the buds.

Have you grown this strain before and know for sure that it takes 9-10 weeks? Some strains will stay green right up to harvest day while others will start yellowing right after stretch is over no matter how much you feed them.

At least you know they are not overfed so you shouldn't need to worry about flushing to get tastier buds. :)

I have the same issue but don't have buds on mine yet like yours...during this stage your leaves should be discolored.

Can someone also look at my pics

I need help too.

@Elizabeth Price your pics don't show up. If you posted in the Grow Journal part that doesn't work so you need to repost in the regular forums so it all works and people can reply to your questions.

Plant Problems or Newbie forums would be a good place.

:peace:

@OldMedUser, 5 different strains and all of them have that problem - too early start to get yellow. I haven't grew this strain before, but a friend did and he didn't have such problems in mid-flowering.

Some strains will stay green right up to harvest day while others will start yellowing right after stretch is over no matter how much you feed them.
I didn't know this, thank you.
