U.S. Vs. Canada - where would you live?

if you could choose to reside in the U.S. or in Canada where would you go?
Can't we all choose where we would live? I live in the states, and sometimes entertain the idea of moving to Canada. If I choose to, nothing's really stopping me, I guess...

I live in Canada and I could have gone to the US if I wanted too. I chose to stay here. The only thing I really envy about the US is the climate. I guess I could always move to BC for better weather. I'm not trying to hate on the US. I just think that when it comes to rights and freedoms this is a better society. We also have a much lower crime rate.

I agree with some of the earlier posts. There is nothing stopping MOST of us from moving out of te us. As far as my reasons for staying it is definitely the climate and lifestyle and certain exclusive freedoms. It seems to me that canada does have less crime and fewer social problems but despite what people say the US is doing the best they can. It might not be perfect but its what i want.:bigjoint:

I've only experienced one other country...Italy. I go every summer because we have a house there and I definitely like the U.S. better. Canada and the U.S. don't really have many differences that I know of; but I'm not very educated on the laws and shit in Canada. Canada doesn't seem very involved in a lot of war efforts, so that's a plus.

I wish I could live in Canada. The punishment for weed where I live is in the top 5. Also, the weed here sucks balls! Schwag as far as the eye can see!

If Canada wasn't so socialized and they didn't have the cold ass winters I would probably live there, but I like the U.S. because they're more open to the idea of a guy working hard and getting rich. But if we end up moving in that direction, which seems really possible with all the liberals here now, I guess it wouldn't matter. So then I'd move up to Vancouver so I could feel more comfortable growing pot.

I would like duel citizenship so I could stand on the border and do all kinds of diabolical stuff---and when one side came after me I would literally just step across the line :)
