Two Twenty wiring on trimmer?

I have a centurion gladiator new and it will not start. It had three wires, a white, black and green. I put on a thirty amp socket and attached it to a large rv cord which plugs into the stove outlet. It sounds like the mother is frozen and just hums. I swapped out the motor relay. I cant hire an electrician, not that they show up around here otherwise. Any clue the company could like tell me though after stealing Shearline designs you can imagine they are not super into self image over self worth.

Are you sure that isn't 110v Not typical to have 220 on black and white

I thought that as well. The plate on the side shows two twenty though it was not really connected

phase one, class E, two twenty, twenty two amp, four hp. It would be nice for thriteen k to have a plug on it if thats the case. Atleast a how to wire not call an electrician and get robbed or worse

Been talking with the west coast sales rep and they are going to send me a new blower it sounds like. Atleast Ill have some spare parts, perhaps minus a motor?

Turns out my cord wasnt passing a hot despite being new.
