Two suspects arrested in fatal shooting at "illegal" dispensary in Berdoo

One of the suspects has a name that looks like it would be pronounced "Pow pow," and I guess that would be funny if a dude wasn't dead as a result of this crap. And the police still are not saying WTF the shooting was about.
