Two Site Questions

1. Is there a way to set default font size and color so all my posts will automatically display that way?

2. How do you see another user's rep level?

There is a message editor interface in the edit options menu. You can select a few different formatting options. I dont think there is a permanent font selector other than the text box. I'm not 100% sure though.

Rep level is the squares under the word gallery on the upper right side.
