Two questions?

Tried norton 360, norton internet security, avg free, ad-aware, and a bunch of other free ones to no avail. I think something messed up my system 32 files because the computer backup is glitched out. Maybe its not a trojan and just a huge error. Might even try to get my computer tuned up where I bought it, should still be under warantee only had it 6months.
