what was the dry weight off the 3 plants under the 2 290s? so do you recomend these lights?

The dry weight was just over 6 oz's for all 3, which is disappointing for me, I have been getting 4-6 oz's a plant under my 600W. I do not recommend this model for height limited grows. The new generation of the 2011 Spectra that I am currently testing out is doing better, leaf size isn't being limited, which is a good sign. And I have normal stretch signs all over the plants...is only the 4th day of 12/12, but am being optomistic...if this light doesn't do well, will be the last time I do more than supplement with an LED.

i cant find the size of your cabinet in the thread whatv was the size,ive got a 2.5 ft by 5 ft by 6.8 high,and what is the optimal height in your opinion for the light to be over the canopy,ive read at least 3 reveiws saying the 290s suck
