Pretty! I think if they are going to ±63 days they're going to bulk up a bit more. I agree about the veg time. Mine is only 31" tall, after four weeks of veg.
They definitely should. Yeah, I also ran organic soil instead of a hydro system and from what I understand soil tends to be slower than hydro... but I only had about 47" or 49" on her by the time I was switching over to bloom (I don't remember which was which, id have to check my notes).

I think that might be my fault though. I needed to repot and did not. I ended up running her the whole way in a 3 gal fabric pot... oh well - first time and it was a great experience.

so anybody running the bubba s1 fems. got a question for you:
what makes the leaves curl up like a canoe so much on the ones by the buds? mine look like the pics on the twenty website. one has dark purple/black leaves curled up: the other is dark green just like the 20 pics.

just curious if that was a trait of bubba? or just kush in general? i don't think i've done a kush before.

They look great but on the small side. I mention size because in all of their descriptions yield is one of the biggest things they talk about.

Description of the T-Dub:
Indoors, her yields are huge with minimal vegetative time required, she is ripe in 7-8 weeks. Her tall vine-like structure requires trellis but the efforts are rewarded with a plethora of dense golf ball sized nugs.

I'm wondering what type of "huge" they meant? Golf ball sized nugs? We will see :eyesmoke:

I'll have some pics up soon.
I ran the T-Dub last year. Just one plant but that was enough for me to figure out I don't like Trainwreck terps at all. Big yielder though! Different strokes for different folks I guess lol

Full out male? Wow man. I had some luck with mine. At first they were SO small but no herms and but I found a few lower pollen sacks on the Bad Girls late.

The T-Dubs were VERY small at first but they all blew up late with golf ball sized nugs just like they said in the description. Very similar phenotypes on all the packs I bought. The full pack of Hot Mess were almost identical with frosty ass buds and a decent smell. The full pack of T-Dub were also very similar with a great piney/lemony smell and a decent yield. Not much on the frost tho.

The full pack of Bag Girl also came on strong at the end. Small but frosty OG buds with a very weird smell. Going to be one of those types that you need to smoke before you can tell.

I'll have some pics before I cut and trim.

I'm surprised to see the male H & S. All 16 of my plants, 6 T-Dub, 6 Hot Mess and 4 Bag Girl came out fine.

I never updated my grow because I really didn't want to trash 20/20 but man..........................the T-Dub was complete trash. I don't know what the fuck it was but it certainly wasn't a "Trainwreck" type of plant. All 6 plants were the same. Same smells, yields and bud structure. No frost, none whatsoever. I threw all the clones out that I took.

The Hot Mess could have been very good. Nice and frosty with great GG smell and taste. What semi killed this plant was the cross to T-Dub. Made this plant second rate at best. Threw all the clones out because of the T-Dub.

The Bad Girl got rave reviews. Very frosty with a nice OG kush smell. Small buds and yield but very nice high.

Damn that blows. I've heard trainwreck can be hit or miss. Someone on here said it smells like a mentholated bloated whale lol. Cannaventures cookie wreck is decent imo, it adds a nice minty limey smell to the gsc.

20/20 has the "real" trainwreck supposedly but thier own version, T-Dud, was horrible. You are correct about the taste/smell. Minty menthol and very harsh. I did not even catch a buzz from my usual 3 puffs I take with the other stuff I grow.

I’ve only grown out a pack of bad girl from Mendocino twenty 20 and was very frosty with a nice indica stone. Not much to write home about in the smell/flavor department. Just kinda rich musky and earthy. Just sent in a money order for some Glue Sniffer and Girl Crush. Anyone had experience with these or hear anything about the smoke?

I appreciate your candor, even though it bummed me out. I got some t-dub vegging now as candidates for this years back yard adventure. So the high sucked in comparison to your hopes or sucked as in "really sucked" ? Any possibility you cut early or they haven't cured yet? Throw me a frickin'
bone please. :eyesmoke:

Gluesniffer and SFnG going too.

lol!

Well rob all I can say is they were all very similar. I gave them 9 weeks and another week wouldn't have done anything because they already slowed their drinking way down. Once that happened they got the pull when the pots were half dry. The only bone I can throw you is that my 600 watt Hortilux was on its 8th month of use by the end of that grow. It may have had an effect but the Hot Mess and Bag Girl were in the same tent and frosty and sticky as heck.

^^ I'd at least try 'em outdoors? Maybe hopefully will be different?

I'm hoping to try Avenue of the Giants outdoors this summer.

Good luck with your Avenue of the Giants.

Probably will observe the T- Dub as they veg and compare them to some other candidate strains to see if they make the team and get up potted or they get banished to a 5 gallon bucket in some stoners back yard I'd give them to. Luckily I got backup if I have to give them the pink slip, this time of year I'm a seed popping fool.
