Tutorial Request!

I've stumbled my way around looking for a SCROG tutorial that can help me understand the exact details of how to properly train your plants around the screen.

If anyone knows of any good threads can ya help me out looking to be prepared come my next cab.

Ya man. It's a damn impressive grow. I was browsing it looking for some tutorial like stuff. But this time I stopped by with a post. After being refereed I feel more obliged to comment on his awesome growing prowess.
