Can you grow weed in Arizona within 25 miles of a dispensary?

How about legal to grow, legal to sell, legal to eat, legal to smoke, legal to juice and drink if you damn well please....

Oh wait, that makes too much common sense...

The difference between a liberal and a libertarian...

USDA, FDA, inspections, zoning licensing, label requirements. Packaging, lab tests, segregated lot testing.

This is just some of what that glass of milk you drink goes thru.

Want full legalization of weed?
It will be even worse, and the big players will push thru legislation to keep you out of the market anyway.

JUst one question. Answer it.
WHy is it so important to be able to sell Weed legally?
It isn't...unless you are part of a local government looking to tap a revenue stream in the economy.

And I don't think it is necessary for you to start another thread on this topic unless you can deal with the inconsistencies in your logic.

Are you confident the glass of milk you drink is safe?
Somewhat, I don't feel safer that it is FDA approved and I would drink raw milk if it was available but it is illegal and hard to get. The reason that agro is centralized is because over regulation creates market barriers for smaller farmers, the same reason you do not want marijuana legalization. You don't like the regulations, you must be a crazed small government folk.

what's your point? How many people die taking FDA approved medications and eating FDA approved Mcdonalds orange hamburger goo? The answer is much more than 35. I thought we were discussing your qualms with government regulation? So are you pro food regulation but anti herb regulation or something twisted? I think your only concern is your current finances and has nothing to do with any moral stance, you selfish douchebag.

I want legal weed. But full legalizing scares the shit out of the anti pot folks.
You have a easier job of turning them. If you just make it legal for personal consumption.

Isn't it fully legal in 4 states and D.C? That's silly logic, why should we kowtow to the full on anti pot retards? Their arguments have no logical bearing, our policies should be based on logic not fear. You're a silly man.

In Colorado alone there is 136 pages of regulations on weed and more will be added
