turn off email notifications

hello, i think ive turned off email notifications but still get one every time someone replys to a thread ive started, where do i turn these off to please?

You're name top right corner click it
"Preferences "
Uncheck "and receive emails" or something along the lines of that

And you're still getting email in replies to your threads or inbox or ? There's a few email functions when are you receiving emails

Are you sure they aren't old emails ?

I've got up this morning and not had any over night so I guess it's working now, maybe it just took time to update?

got another email 15.18 gmt a reply to my thread, odd thing is i didnt get any emails to the previous 10 to 15 replys, very random!

that is completely random if you open the email and scroll down is there an "unsubscribe" button?:

ive never herd of the system doing this, try changing to a different email if it doesnt work, one oyu dont use but solely only use for rollitup purposes.

thats not correct

the site mailings on that contact page is for when an admin sends you something to do with rollitup, not for when you get emails in replies to threads
and than theres "receive an email when you get a conversation"
this is also not what the original poster is looking to do

hes having problems with getting emails when people reply to his threads

i realize youre trying to help, but please let us admins do our job, you are giving inaccurate information to the OP which can cause more frustrations on their end

yes there was 'disable all emails' ive done that so we'll see :smile:

, ive not had one since though just that random one.
