So here is the deal. Alot of people come here and post rants or warning about seed banks. I have done it myself. However I am fair and just state what happened not my point of view of what happened.

When Nirvana bricked on me I posted about it.

About 6 months ago I placed an order with Tude. I have in the past and had an awesome time. However this time I didnt get my package. When I asked them to honor thier delivery policy they refused stating that they post office stated it was droped off. It was in the policy and they were sorry but they would not replace my order. After a few e mails back to them they offered to add some free extras to "make Up " for the last order.

I was like great I am out 190$ from the first order and now you want me to order more????

Ok so I needed beans bad and I placed an order again with them after another email adding some extras to the package like having to sign for it.

So today I get my order and not only did they send my current order but they also sent me 1/2 the amount of last order that never came and a completely extra set of the free beans that would have come with this order anyway.

To me they extended way more then they needed to to assure not only I got my order but that they seemed to care that i truely lost may last order but they just couldnt break policy cause to them they did do as they said.

Tude is the shit. Dont ask the haters just try them once. I am not paid by them I have been here for a few years. I like this bank. Attitude is the shit.

Yea, they're the shit until they screw you over. I've had several orders with them. Most worked out great but then they sold me a bunch of dead seeds. Their customer service rep told me to take it up with the breeder. Attitude wouldn't do anything for me, no replacements, no promise of future freebies, nothing.

I dont know why they help some people and not others. I wish they had a clear policy on defective seeds. Maybe I wouldnt feel so ripped off.

They do. Infact not only do they but every single bank they sell from all have the same dead bean policy.

1. Tude is a 3rd party reseller. So if you go to best buy and buy a dell CPU and have issue with the Dell CPU do you go to best buy or Dell. Well if you want it fixed you go to dell.

2. Not a single seed sold by any bank or reseller are ment to be germed and grown. It clearly states that are not to be grown and if they dont work its not thier fault cause they are not ment to be used like that. " we all know what we do" But its clearlyt posted everywere on thier site and the bank.

they helped me cause my issue wasnt that i tried to use beans and they didnt work after I was told they are not ment for that. My issue was with shipping. I never got the order. And I still had to place another order for them to make up for the lost one. But I feel they did so I guess its to each thier own. But the bottom line read is fundamental.

Right at the bottom of the page with your order in RED is the disclaimer clear as day no legal BS. its also in every ToS you agree to while buying the beans its also on every bean package from every company I have every got beans from. Green house barneys nirvana dna G13 R.P. All of them have the same disclaimer.

I have to agree that Attitude does what they say. They do Have deadbeat breeders(Sativa Seeds Being One, and Nirvana), but they do get you what you ordered. Learn What breeders are Good and which SUX. I can tell you I recommend Humboldt, G13, Dinafem, SensiSeeds, Hazeman. Great success with Feminized seeds. NOT WITH Sativa Seeds!!!

wellll. with the tude your right , beans are breeders responsibility... as for best buy , dell sucks , i had one returned it to best buy and got my money back. hahahah sorry I couldnt pass that up. glad the tude took care of you. ive stated in a lot of posts , that my experience with them was good, and for exclusive genetics Id probably use them. but if im not picky and just needed beans I use a few domestic places now.

They do have a clear policy, NO DISCUSSING GERMINATION. And when you tell them your seeds are defective, it is blatantly obvious to them you tried to germinate them and are asking for replacements because of that. Shit man, it's stated in black and white for legal reasons that they sell "souvenirs" and will not discuss sprouting seeds.

I hate to sound like a dick, but, common sense goes a long way, there is no other way to put it. If you had just told them they were smashed upon delivery they would have worked with you. Don't blame them for not wanting to get shut down by the local and international police.

Edit: Just saw that post was from 2012. Oh well. I think my answer is still relevant to some.
